Does Kiddie Kandids share personal information?
Kiddie Kandids does not sell, rent or distribute our customer data including, but not limited to: demographic information, and email addresses. If you prefer not to receive information from us such as mailings, special promotional offers and discounts via mail or email you may opt-out at any time.

A Note to Parents on our Privacy Policy Regarding Children
Kiddie Kandids is very sensitive to privacy issues and we are proud of our longtime commitment to our customers. We are especially careful in any communications with one of our most treasured customers - children and families. We collect only limited personal information about children such as date of birth and name of child.  This personal information is only used for the marketing of the Kiddie Kandids Portrait Club and other loyalty programs in response to a parent or guardian’s request to have their child be included in these programs.

Kiddie Kandids retains the copyright to all Kiddie Kandids portraits.  Federal law prohibits reproduction in any manner without written consent from Kiddie Kandids.  For a Personal Usage Authorization, customers must purchase a Kiddie Kandids Portrait CD and adhere to the permission guidelines contained therein.  For other usages, please call 1.888.979.PICS to obtain written consent from Kiddie Kandids.  Kiddie Kandids reserves the right to use any portrait for Kiddie Kandids advertising, promotional and display purposes.

1.    Retailer: Kiddie Kandids operates this website pursuant to agreements with OC-Net, Inc. ("OC-Net"), the company which operates MyStudio.KiddieKandids.com. Pursuant to such agreements, OC-Net is entitled to access and use the information collected on this website to the same extent and in the same manner as Kiddie Kandids. OC-Net has agreed to abide by this Privacy Policy and by the same restrictions and limitations applicable to Kiddie Kandids.  
2.    Order Fulfillment: Certain vendors of ours, namely OC-Net provide customer order fulfillment and shipping services on our behalf.
